During your consultation, we will need to understand your business: what services you offer, where you operate, who your customers are, how many leads you currently get, and what you want to improve. We will also ask about your competition and your current online presence. The more detail you give us, the better we can serve you.
Typically 3-4 weeks from contract to launch. We move fast, but we do not cut corners. We research your industry, design your site, optimize for SEO, and test everything before you go live. Quality takes time.
Yes. We will show you examples during your consultation. We build sites for dozens of industries—roofing, plumbing, electrical, siding, and more. We can show you examples in your industry so you see what is possible.
No. We require a 3-month minimum to give us time to optimize and start generating results. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in, no penalties. We believe in earning your business every month.

Because when our success is tied to your success, we think differently about everything. We focus on lead quality, not vanity metrics. We optimize for conversions, not traffic. And we stay committed to your results. We only make money when you do.
We look back at your past 6 months of leads from your website. That is your baseline. If you were getting 5 leads per month, your baseline is 5. You only pay us for leads above that number. This ensures you never pay for leads you would have gotten anyway.
Lead cost varies by industry and location. Most local service businesses pay between $10-$100 per lead. During your consultation, we will give you a realistic estimate based on your specific industry and service area.
We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads—too many variables are outside our control. But we guarantee we will optimize your website every single month to improve rankings and conversions. If we are not generating leads, we do not get paid. That is accountability.
You do not pay anything. SEO takes time. Some businesses see leads in 2-3 weeks, others take 6-8 weeks depending on competition and how established your online presence needs to be. We set realistic expectations during your consultation.
A qualified lead is someone who submitted a form, called your number from your website, or requested a quote. It is a real person interested in your service. We do not count bot traffic or fake leads. You only pay for real inquiries.

Your website stays online and yours to keep. You can take it with you, modify it however you like, or hand it to another agency. You own it completely. We just stop optimizing and generating leads.

Leads & Payments

Full transparency. We provide monthly reports showing every lead: when they came in, how they found you, what they requested, and whether they are qualified. You can see everything. No mystery.
We track phone numbers on your website. When someone calls your tracked number from your site, it counts as a lead. You will see the recording and the time of the call. We also count form submissions and messages.
Tell us. If you think a lead is not qualified, we will discuss it. We want to count real leads, not spam or wrong numbers. Our goal is to deliver qualified leads. If we are consistently sending bad leads, we would know something is wrong.
We invoice monthly. You pay for qualified leads above your baseline from the previous month. Payment is due within 30 days. Simple, transparent billing with a detailed breakdown of every lead.
Yes. You can set a monthly limit on how many leads you will pay for. If you hit your limit, we stop promoting your site and let you know. You stay in control of your costs.
Let us know. If you are overwhelmed, we can dial back the optimization or put your site on hold temporarily. You will not pay for leads you cannot handle. But we will still be here when you are ready to ramp back up.

Yes. If you are too busy or going through a slow period, you can pause. We will stop promoting your site and you will not pay for leads. When you are ready, we restart and pick up where we left off.
